  • A crochet pattern is an instruction manual showing you how to crochet your own handmade item.

    All of my available crochet patterns are in digital [PDF] format (they are electronic copies), which are electronically delivered to you via email.

    When you purchase a crochet pattern from me, you are NOT purchasing a physical item, you are only purchasing digital instructions on how to make your own item.

    My crochet patterns include the list of materials you need along with many photo references to ensure the process is smooth sailing. However, you will need basic crochet knowledge to follow any of these patterns, as they are not ‘how to crochet’ manuals.

    If you ever have any questions regarding a pattern you have purchased from me, you can contact me via email (crochetbykittengrll@yahoo.com), as I check it very frequently.

  • Immediately after purchase, you are emailed a download link from my website. Please make sure you entered a valid, accessible email address when you purchase to receive your digital file. Also make sure to check your junk mail if you’re having a hard time finding it.

  • If your payment was declined, but you still have a pending payment on your bank account, don’t worry! This will go away, and no charges will be made.

  • On my homepage, I have the status of whether or not I’m currently taking commissions. Feel free to check that out for more info! You can always browse my finished plushies in my shop :)

  • Each plushie I make is 100% handmade, and takes many hours to finish. A lot of meticulous details go into the things I create in order to make sure they’re up to my standards. My plushies are my art and are priced according to the time and materials that go into them.

    Crochet is always handmade because there are no machines that can replicate it. Keep this in mind when shopping crochet items <3

  • My plushies are more so for decorative and collectible purposes only. The safety eyes in my plushies pose a choking risk to young children (3 and under) and animals.

    I also frequently use other materials such as wire, cardboard, and/or wooden dowels in my projects to shape them. Each plushie’s description will warn you if any of these materials are within the plushie. While I do insert these materials with caution and ensure there are no sharp, hurtful ends able to poke out, keep this in mind if you plan to buy any of my plushies for a child. There’s always the possibility of things breaking with heavy use.

    My 8 year old sister has a few of my plushies and has never managed to destroy them or tear out the safety eyes. I try to make everything as secure as possible, but as you may know, children can be unpredictable, so I don’t recommend them for children!

  • No, I don’t offer returns or refunds. All purchases are final. If you have any issues with shipping or your product, feel free to reach out to me via email and I will do my best to assist you! (crochetbykittengrll@yahoo.com)

  • As of right now I do not ship internationally; I only ship within the US.

  • Payments may get declined on my site for numerous reasons. Your bank may potentially block the payment because it finds it suspicious or vice versa. You can resolve this by contacting your bank, or you may have better luck trying to purchase my patterns on Etsy, because it is a more well-known, reputable online store. My shop name is ‘crochetbykittengrll.’

  • Please ensure you have not accidentally ordered a crochet pattern, which is not the same thing as ordering a physical crochet plushie.

    All of my crochet pattern listings will have ‘DIGITAL PDF’ written as the first words of the product title. There are unfortunately no refunds on crochet patterns because it is not possible to return digital items.

    I get alerted whenever a sale is made, so I have never accidentally missed an order coming through, but if you did order a physical plushie from me and have yet to receive it, you can contact me via email (crochetbykittengrll@yahoo.com) and I can check the status of your order. I typically respond within a few hours. Please keep in mind that I am the only person who makes, packages, and ships orders, so it may take me a couple days to process your order. I am happy to give updates or resend tracking information as needed! Just reach out!
